PRIVACY POLICY

Additional Rules Applicable to the Handling of Personal Information of EEA Residents

We need the following information to provide accommodation services to our customers. In particular, entries in the lodging list must be entered and kept for three years under Japanese law. If you do not provide this information, we may not be able to provide accommodation services to you.

  • Accommodation list entries (name, address, occupation, nationality, passport number, gender, age, etc.)
