Q. How much is the accommodation fee?
A. It is a flexible rate and depends on which house, how many people and when you stay. You can go check the rate on the webpages of each property.

Q. Will I be charged a fee to cancel my reservation?
A. It’s depend on plans. please check the cancel fee when you book it.

Q. Can I change the number of people after I made a reservation?
A. Yes, you can. Please contact us before 2 days of your arrival date.(Over capacity can be negotiable)

Q. How do I check in?
A. We kindly ask the guests to come to the office to check in between 15 pm and 6 pm. You may enter the room after 4 pm.

Q. How do I check out?
A. It is a self-check out process. Details will be given at the check in.

Q. Is there WiFi available at accommodations?
A. Yes, there is. All the houses have free WiFi.

Q. Can I bring my pet to accommodations?
A. There are facilities that allow small dogs or medium-sized dogs to be accompanied in the inside. Please check the site “Stay with Your Pets” from the top page.

Q. What kind of dog amenities are available?
A. We have lint roller / Wet wipes/ Potty pads / Toilet paper / Food bowl / Water bowl * You can rental a pet cage for a day at the check-in office.

Q. Can I smoke cigarette inside the house?
A. Smoking is strictly prohibited at all the houses.

Q. Can I send my luggage before I arrive?
A. Yes, you can pick it up at the check-in office on your arrival but you need to contact us in advance.
